Serves Makes 12 fat bombs

Ready in 10 minutes

Difficulty Easy


  • 4oz cacao butter
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons yacon syrup
  • half a cup coconut oil
  • 8oz finely chopped macadamia nuts


  1. Gently melt the cacao butter & coconut oil in a bain marie (dish sitting on a pan of hot water)
  2. Sieve in the cacao and yacon powders (or swerve powder for Keto version)
  3. Stir in the nuts
  4. Pour into moulds
  5. When cool, place in the fridge
