Bay has a delicious peppery smell with an uplifting quality. Great Elm Physick have used it in this all-purpose salve because it has natural anti-bacterial properties and, combined with replenishing nut oils, it makes an effective salve for minor irritations and soothes very dry skin. Use it, too, as a barrier against grime and scratches. It works as a lip emollient as well.

Ingredients:

Apricot kernal (Prunus Ameniaca) oil*; sweet almond (Prunus Dulcis) oil*, beeswax; essential oil of Bay* (Laurus Nobilis). Nothing else.
