This is a single concentrate of aloe vera, containing only the inner leaf gel. There is more active inner leaf gel fillet in this product, and the recommended dosage is up to 80ml per day.
Typical Adults Usage
Internally: 1ml per kg body weight (ie 60-80ml on average daily), mixed with water or as directed by a practitioner.
Externally: Can be applied directly to the skin, diluted for use as a mouth-wash or used to soak a cotton bandage to tie around a minor wound or sore.
