Hi Lesley, Many, many thanks for this evening, it was wonderful, I feel cured already ha ha. Seriously though, If the rest of the course is like tonight I will be fit as a fiddle by the end and will be able to put the finishing touches to my ‘self help’ healing programme. It needed a boost! I was eating, sleeping, exercising and living a healthy life but was still ill. I was doing all the right things but now I am certain that external stress/trauma etc is the reason I was beginning to give up on the healthy lifestyle. I was thinking that it wasn’t working, so why bother! I have worked hard over the years in clearing mental/emotional and physical ‘rubbish’ from my system/life, but it’s difficult to maintain when traumatic events happen one after another and for many years. So Lesley I know this is the right course for me and I am really happy that it’s you who will enlighten me and guide me back on my correct path. Thank you ever so much,
